Fully furnished three bed room, one bath home (smoke free and pet free) with breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside.

The three bedrooms have ample space for a family or group.  One has a queen bed, and two have three XL twin beds in each.  There is an additional sitting room with a hideaway bed sofa.  Linens and towels are all included for your convenience.   

Fully furnished kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven with attached laundry room, including a full size washer and dryer.

TV with DVD player and a variety of board games for indoor recreation.

Charcoal BBQ grill, outside fire pit with wood provided, and huge screened in porch with comfortable sectional seating in a tranquil setting.  

The private access to the Black River is a favorite feature for everyone to enjoy.

There is also a large field directly in front and in back of the house for playing sports with the following equipment provided: corn hole, washers (the game), frisbees
